1. Acceptance of Terms

By commissioning a project or using the website of LiivDisainUX OÜ, you agree to these Terms. You confirm you have the authority to bind your business to this agreement.

2. Services

LiivDisainUX OÜ provides professional creative services including:

• Graphic Design: Visual communication for print and digital media.

• Web Design: UI/UX design and website structural planning.

• Brand Identity: Logo design, color palettes, and brand guidelines.

Specific project scopes, revision limits, and deliverables will be outlined in individual project proposals or invoices.

3. Payments and Invoicing

• Model: We operate on a B2B invoicing model via bank transfer (EUR).

• Project Start: Work typically commences after a deposit (as specified in the quote) has been received.

• Final Delivery: High-resolution final files or website transfers are released only upon receipt of full payment.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• Transfer of Rights: Upon final payment, the agreed-upon usage rights or ownership of the final designs are transferred to the Client.

• Drafts: LiivDisainUX OÜ retains ownership of all preliminary sketches, unused concepts, and design drafts.

• Portfolio Credit: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to display completed work in our professional portfolio.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing clear creative briefs, timely feedback, and ensuring they have the legal right to use any images or text they provide to us for inclusion in the designs.

6. Limitation of Liability

LiivDisainUX OÜ is not liable for any loss of business or profits resulting from the use of our designs. While we strive for technical perfection, the Client is responsible for final proofreading and approval of all materials before they go to print or "live" production.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Tallinn.
